how long do orders take?

this will depend upon the style of pop art chosen however we aim to provide an electronic proof within 24 hours of ordering. once approved we then allow approximately 10 workings days for delivery. if you require a quick turnaround, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

do I get to preview my artwork?

we will email a proof within 24 hours of your order.
we understand you may need to add or replace some images/words and for this no extra charges will be incurred unless a complete reworking is required.

does it matter about image resolution?

yes it really does – the clearer the picture the more detailed the final print. 300 to 600 dpi resolution is ideal. if you are unsure about the image quality then simply utilise the upload facility or email us the image and we can offer an informed view how to progress forward.

I need a specific size not included on the prices

depending on the size of the image we can scale the original to fit your requirements provided the original proportions are compatible with your frame size.

can I create bespoke word art?

yes you can. you may have clear ideas, you may have seen something somewhere but want to add a twist, whatever the scenario, we’ll work with you to get what you’re looking for.

what are my print options?

you can choose to have you artwork printed on quality framed canvas otherwise, depending on the required size, we can print on 200gsm paper ready for insertion into your own frame at a later date.

how much is delivery?

we offer free delivery within australia and you would need to contact us for delivery costs to all other destinations.

what forms of payment do you accept?

we use PayPal to accept payments securely.

what is your returns policy?

our artwork is made to order and we do not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to transit damage.
